I appreciated spending time here. Had good choice of options for breakfast, it was delicious. The location was convenient and unbeatable - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Also, Jacob's Dream Sculpture was 2 miles away.

The rooms were a decent size and updated with showers, the balcony plus 2 queen beds as described. The location couldn't be more favourable in Dallas.

The restaurant here was good for except very friendly staff, we both ordered delicious dishes. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. Comfortable location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed.

The hallways and carpets are in need of a deep cleaning, as mentioned in some previous reviews.
